Lakshmana H P (Managing Director)

The LTG group is the brain child of Mr. H P Lakshmana, a first-generation entrepreneur, who has reached the pinnacle of success though he comes from a very humble background. He has been the guiding strength behind the phenomenal growth that the LTG Group of companies have seen. With A Master’s degree in Business Administration [MBA-Finance], Mr. HP Lakshmanais highly knowledgeable and has a sharp technical expertise that has enabled him to continuously achieve success.

His vision with respect to “LTG Fresh” is to be able to help both Farmers and Customers and provide a healthy future for all.

Having been hailed from agrarian family, he has been passionately nursing this ambition for decades to help the farming community to overcome the risks of price & production and also helping the consumers to secure quality food articles.

R. Kantharaja: (Founder Director)

Currently, he is the Executive Director of LTG Mysore Greens Exports Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, associate firm of the LTG group. He is specialized in Organic Certification Consultancy and Conduct training programmes for farmers. He trained entrepreneurs, farmers on fruits and vegetables export standards requirements for Europe, US, New Zealand, Korea and other countries and also undertake the consultancy on Global gap Certification Programmes.

He is Handling State Government, Central Government and Private Organic Certification Programmes in India. Also, He Had served as a consultant for Organic Programmes for some of the prestigious companies such as Tata Chemicals, BigBasket.com(E -commerce ), Shri Ravishankar Ashram and State Government Organization called Mango Development Corporation under Horticulture Department.

He worked as a Regional Executive Head at Monsanto Chemicals for 20 years, promoting and marketing of Agro products.

He holds a Degree in Agriculture [ B.sc - AG] from University of Agriculture Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Mrs.Renuka : (Founder Director)

Mrs. Renuka R, the Co - founder Director of LTG Mysore Green Exports Pvt Ltd, is a commerce graduate with more than 15 years of experience. She has an extremely clear vision and has transformed the way people perceive Management and Operations.

TARA B : ( Director)

Mrs. Tara B, the founder Director of LTG Infrastructure Limited, is a commerce graduate with more than 15 years of experience. She has an extremely clear vision and has transformed the way people perceive Infrastructure and Townships.

Prasad Y G : Senior Advisor to the Company.

Chief General Manager of Finance and Admin of LTG Infra group companies and has been playing a key role in developing new businesses for the group.

Prasad Y G (B.Com., CAIIB, GSEA (USA)got a rich experience of working in a leading bank in various capacities and verticals ranging from General Administration,Human Resource, Credit Management – Mortgage Loan, Housing Finance / SME Loans,& Operations and conducting of Banking Awareness Programmes. He was in the leadership position as the Regional head of operations in the bank before taking voluntary retiring.

He is also an avid mountaineer and is the graduate from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling.
